I have been a total sucker for casual dresses lately. I’m sure if you follow me on Instagram, you have seen no shortage of them ;). There’s something to be said for being able to throw on one article of clothing and look more put together than if you had thought out a top, pants, accessories, etc. Don’t get me wrong, I love putting a super cute outfit together, but it is so nice not having to think about it on a weekday or not waste your Saturday outfit planning [you all should see my room when I am trying to put an outfit together sometimes!].
This dress has been my go-to the past couple of weeks. I just got it recently, and it’s been worn about as many times as some things that have been in my closet for a year. It is so comfortable and the long sleeves make it perfect for Spring, but the fabric is definitely light enough to wear all through summer. Paired with a denim jacket, it was perfect to wear out to dinner that night!
I linked tons of casual dresses under $100 in the widget below! Spending more than that on an everyday dress isn’t something I like to do often, and some of the ones I found are less than $40! There are a few in there that I have already purchased [besides the one I am wearing in this post!]. This one is my most recent buy, and it totally reminds me of Free People. It’s on sale for $49 HERE! And available in more sizes HERE. It comes with a detachable black slip which I love because I can always wear it under other dresses if I need to. And, if you’re looking for something super cute that you may want to spend a bit more on, I got this Anthro dress for Easter and have worn it three times since! Same thing: it also comes with a detachable slip (in a nude color) that I wear under this blue dress [under $50] as well!
