It’s here! I’m finally revealing our Christmas decor after receiving tons of requests! It was a bit of a challenge this year because we are redecorating and remodeling parts of the house and haven’t received all the furniture, but we made it work. And I think it turned out so pretty! I went for more of a classic, white Christmas look and played a lot on the gold fixtures we have in the kitchen and throughout the downstairs.
Once we have kids, I may decide to make the decor more fun and playful but for now we are enjoying our bit of “glam” Christmas! So grab a hot chocolate (my favorite!) and come on inside our home for a peek!
On our mantle, I kept it very classic with real cedar garland that I picked up at the grocery store. I weaved these string lights through it that are on a timer. They are so pretty and are battery operated, which is perfect for this area because I don’t have an outlet. When I saw these gold stocking holders, I had to grab them because they match our kitchen hardware almost exactly. The matte gold finish can be tough to find and these are gorgeous!
I hung these plain white faux fur stockings that we’ve had for a couple years. And no, there is no hidden meaning behind why there are four of them 😉. I just like balance, but I guess you could say that we will be prepared when that day comes…haha!
Our family room is simple and cozy! I love having this tray full of candles on the coffee table to light each night. The mercury glass containers glow so pretty. So that I don’t get too many scents mixing, I light one large scented candle, and then the little mercy glass votives are unscented candles. That way I get the look of lots of candles without too many clashing smells.
This basket keeps all our throw blankets nice and tidy, but allows them to still be super accessible. My favorite throw right now is this pompom one. How cute does it look hanging out of the basket?!
I shared a full kitchen reveal a little while ago here, but I just added a couple Christmas decor pieces to make the room a little more festive. I added a fresh wreath above the window because it literally was the perfect spot. And you never can go wrong with fresh flowers! These red carnations were super inexpensive and I just mixed a little babies breath in with them.
Our dining room peeks into our family room, and I love it so much because you can see all the decorations from just about anywhere you stand. One the dining room table, I filled this tray with fake snow and more candles. I added this pretty white tree and little reindeer ornament I found to create a simple centerpiece.
Our (incomplete) living room has some of my favorite decorations…including our tree! I added lots of danity, gold christmas decor to this lucite accent table we recently got. This “Merry & Bright” sign was practically calling my name, and I love how it ties in the gold accents of the light-up trees. To soften the gold up a bit, I added more white pieces including these little creatures!
Our Christmas tree is obviously my favorite Christmas decoration, and it just gets more fun every year! I talked about our Christmas traditions in yesterday’s post, and explained how we get our special ornaments. Daniel and I love to decorate the tree together because we get to remember each of them and when/how we got them.
Well, that’s it! Hope you enjoyed this peek inside our home and that our Christmas decor inspired you to do some Christmas decorating of your own if you haven’t yet! It makes the whole holiday season so much more fun and enjoyable…I never want to take them down!

I LOVE your Christmas decor! I can’t wait until I get my own place so I can start decorating like that haha
I love it! I have a similar little set up of reindeer and little Christmas trees on my dining room buffet. I especially love your little candle round up on your coffee table. I’ll be adding one like that to my coffee table asap.
