Happy Friday-Eve! Quick post today because I’m writing this right before we are actually heading out to dinner on Wednesday night. If you’ve been reading for a while, you already know that our date night is always on Thursday’s, but a restaurant we have been wanting to try only had reservations for tonight and not tomorrow. So needless to say, we traded our Thursday for Wednesday and are heading to Mastro’s Ocean Club in Malibu! I’m so stinking excited because it’s our favorite restaurant but right on the beach. What could be better?!
I got this top in the mail last week and shared it on my Instagram Story during my most recent try-on haul, and you all loved it as much as I did. The fit is so cute and flowy for Summer nights and the fabric is jersey material, even though it looks so much dressier here. The nice part is that because of the more casual, comfortable fabric, it can be worn tucked into a pair of shorts on any Summer day! Win-win. And it’s only $39!
I dressed it up here with my favorite jeans and my all-time favorite heels that I own in two colors. These tassel earrings are so lightweight, which is key for me, and come in tons of colors. I wore the beaded champagne version in this post! And I am loving this new Rebecca Minkoff bag. All of my handbags have gold hardware (seriously, every.last.one.) and this was a perfect option to switch things up.
