I am shocked to even be sharing a post wearing a denim skirt because I genuinely never imagined these would come back in style. My sixth grade Abercrombie self is squealing inside…haha! Denim skirts have been a huge trend this past Summer and will continue to be well into Fall, so I decided to jump on the bandwagon (finally) and style one.
Because temps are dropping, I paired it with this lightweight striped sweater. It is thin enough to layer in the cooler months ahead, but lightweight enough to wear now. It comes in five different stripe color variations, and of course my favorite was this black and white combo, but I also love the ivory and gray!
But I have to say that my favorite part of the whole outfit are these little slip-on sneakers! You may remember me talking about Halogen shoes in this post a few weeks ago, but I can’t get over how good of quality they are for the price point. I ordered this slip-on pair in both the white and blush leather and was supposed to choose one, but think I may have to just keep both 😉.
