It has been a long, long time coming you guys, but our master bathroom remodel is finally complete! In case you missed my InstaStories, we have been remodeling our master bathroom for the past few months and I am so excited to finally get to share it all with you today. To be completely honest, I’m not too sure if I am more excited to share it or more excited that I have a functioning bathroom though…haha! It totally feels like a spa to me now because of how white and bright it is!
We pretty much ripped out everything (with the exception of some walls)and replaced it with new. Starting off with one of my favorite new features: the bathtub! I finally got the free standing tub I have been dreaming of, and I couldn’t be more in love. Out choices were pretty limited due to how small our bathroom is. I was deciding between a few different styles, and ultimately landed on the Lindsey tub from Signature Hardware. It comes in a couple different lengths and we went with the smallest. I love how simple the style is, and that it doesn’t have a pedestal or base. That really helps keep the room feeling open and the tub not look too bulky.
After shopping around for a vanity for what felt like forever, I finally had my cabinet guy custom make this vanity for us. The style is super simple and classic, and I used the same paint color I used in the kitchen (Benjamin Moore ‘Chantilly Lace’). That is actually the paint color on the walls in here as well!
I went to a local slab yard and bought the white quartz prefabricated top for a super great deal (color is ‘Thassos’). And I went with these rectangular undermount sinks I got on Amazon to keep the lines super clean and match the shaker style cabinets. If you are looking for a more simple, inexpensive vanity red-do, check out this one that includes the countertop and is very similar in style.
I switched things up from my typical gold or chrome hardware and went with brushed nickel in our master bathroom. I held different options up to the marble subway tile that I used in the shower, and brushed nickel was my clear favorite. Everything else in the bathroom is pretty much just white, so whatever looked best with the marble was what I was going to use. These faucets are from Signature Hardware as well (I can’t rave about their products enough!), but I found these super similar ones for about $100, which is less than half of what I paid!
For towels and accessories, I wanted to keep the same clean, simple feel I had going on in the rest of the bathroom. I got these cute patterned towels for the towel bar at Target and these bath sheets for us to use after a shower. These are my favorite towels ever! I found these matching marble soap dispenser and canister at Target as well, and it tied in the marble subway tile from the shower perfectly! This brushed nickel tray is perfect to break up the whites a bit and add a little something extra to the countertop!
Even though our master bathroom is pretty small, I think going with white tones really opened it up a lot! And adding the free standing tub created open space that makes the bathroom feel a lot bigger. To make the shower feel and look bigger, we tiled about two feet higher up the wall than what was previously there. We also added a frameless shower door and put it out as far as possible. Those two things really make it feel so much larger!!
I hope you love it as much as we do! I’m excited to start using it as soon as we get home from Italy! I only got to take two showers before we left! Let me know if you have any questions at all about our bathroom or remodels in general, and I would love to help! You can see our kitchen remodel and my tips for remodeling HERE!

My wife and I are remodeling our bathroom later this summer, so thanks for sharing this. I like how you used the same paint color on the cabinets that you used on the walls. This makes the room seem really coherent, so we might need to try this out.
