It’s officially my birthday week! I can’t believe another year has flown by (how am I already in my mid-twenties?!), but I’m so excited to see what this next year has in store! Having a December birthday has been so fun for me! I have never felt deprived (thanks Mom!) or “skipped” and just love how happy everyone is this time of year and how gorgeous everything looks! AND, to make my birthday even better, Daniel has the same one, so I get to celebrate him too!
There are lots of things on my wish list right now, so I thought I would share my top ten with you that I’m wishing for this week 😉 Having a December birthday has been so fun for me! This Prada bag is my dream bag! It’s been on my wish list for years and is always at the very top. Not sure that this birthday will be the year it happens because we’re in the middle of our home remodel, but one day!
Platform sneakers are my newest obsession–I’ve bought two pairs in the last two weeks (this puff ball pair in beige and this gray pair that I shared on my Insta Story.). Vince makes the most classic version of platform sneakers, and I love this pair with the zip up the front. And anyone who knows me knows my ultimate obsession is Diet Coke, so this Wildfox sweatshirt needs to be in my closet!
Ponchos are one of my favorite throw on and go items (they’re so easy and cozy), and this camel colored one has me all heart eyes! It’s made out of alpaca so I’m sure its just the softest thing ever. And speaking of soft, can we talk about this throw blanket?! How cute are those little poms on the end? LOVE.
While we were on vacation a couple of months ago, we stopped into the Kendra Scott store and fell in love with these earrings. I must say online they don’t look as cute as they do in the store. They’re so sparkly and pretty and I’m hoping if they aren’t a birthday gift, that they end up under the Christmas tree..haha! This Baublebar bracelet would be the perfect basic to add to my arm party, and this blush pink watch is so unique and feminine (and under $100)! Not only would it make the perfect birthday gift for me, but it would be such a great gift for your mom for Christmas! 😉
And I’m sure Daniel wanted to cross off a cosmetic bag that I out on my list because I have been using the same on since high school! Just imagine: leopard fur with red leather…YES! So bad. But I have loved the shape and size so much and haven’t found anything that is as useful, until this Kate Spade one! It’s the same square shape and is even better because it has another small bag inside that I can put my makeup brushes in, which hopefully will include this MAC kabuki one too!
Thursday Daniel and I have plans to go out to our favorite restaurant and celebrate each other together, and have a family party on Saturday. But, birthday’s are week-long celebrations in our family, so we’re starting today!
