It’s here!  The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is now live for cardmembers to shop and there is so much good stuff this year!  I feel like it’s better than any previous year, and the prices are even lower.  If you aren’t familiar with the sale, check out this page with all the info about why it’s so special.  And if you aren’t a cardmember, don’t worry!  The sale goes live to everyone next week on the 21st, and you can start making your shopping list now 😉.

It was so hard to narrow down my top picks, so I tried to stick with what tends to be most popular during the sale and sells out the quickest so that you can get a jump start.  I got to shop the sale in store yesterday and am going to be trying everything on today on my Instagram Story and talking about my opinions and sizing, so be sure to follow along HERE.  But for now, here are just a few of my favorites!

Shoes

Let’s start here because every single year my favorite thing to shop for during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is shoes!  I came home with so many pairs yesterday and am abnormally excited for the Fall to come now with all of the boots and booties I got.  These Vince Camuto ‘Fileana’ Booties were hands down my favorite pair on and are marked down to under $100 during the sale.  I also tried on and loved the Hinge ‘Barris’ Block Heel bootie and think they are a great option if you are looking for a lower heel.

If you are looking for a tall boot, my favorites are the Sam Edelman ‘Camellia’ in the chestnut suede color (pictured above)!  And now if the time to snag a pair of Tory Burch Riding Boots if they have been on your wish list.  They are $200 off during the sale and always sell out super quick!

As far as flats go, I got the Sam Edelman ‘Raisa’ Bow Flats in nude leather and these Steve Madden pearl embellished mules that would both be perfect to wear to work.  And I snagged these BP ‘Tale 2’ Slide heeled mules in the gray suede for under $50!

Clothes

The items that sell out quickest during the sale are definitely AG skinny jeans and the comfy basic cardigans.  They are also my favorite two things to purchase during the sale becuase of the great deals you can get!  I still the sweaters and jeans I got last Anniversary Sale on a regular basis, and I actually like this year’s options even better.

These AG ‘Legging Ankle’ skinny jeans are the pair I bought yesterday, but they also have a distressed pair included in the Sale as well.  After the sale, they are over $200, so I would encourage you to snag a pair now!  They will last you so much longer than the other pairs in your closet and they fit so well (true to size).

There were several cardigans and sweaters I picked up yesterday, and this BP cardigan that is marked down to only $32 was probably my favorite.  I also got and love this Topshop Stripe Colorblock cardigan that will definitely sell out super quick!  It runs very oversized, so size down.  This v-neck pullover sweater is soft soft and under $25; I got it in two colors!

On my shopping list going into this sale was new pajamas and I found so many cute sets at reasonable prices.  This set comes in six different colors and patterns, and is long pants and a short-sleeve shirt—my favorite combo!  I also picked up this short set that is only $35 and so soft!  Be sure to size down in the short set because they run large.

And who doesn’t like shopping for workout clothes?  Whenever I need motivation to get myself to the gym, I can count on new workout clothes to give it to me…haha! So if you’re in need of a little “push” 😉, check out this super cute Nike tank that’s on sale for $26 and these adorable pink Adidas!

Handbags & Accessories

Like shoes, handbags are something I save for to buy during the Anniversary Sale.  They always come out with new styles and colors for the upcoming season, and the discounts are unbeatable (almost $200 off the one I got!).  I couldn’t decide between this Tory Burch ‘Frida’ Leather tote and the crossbody version, so I took both home with me and I’ll have you guys help me decide during my try-on haul today.  If you are wanting to grab a Tory Burch bag or wallet, be sure to snag it quick because they always sell out fast!

As far as accessories, Nordstrom always discounts some great everyday basics like these halo earrings marked down to $29.90.  I have this specific pair and love them because they go with everything and are really great quality.  This Michael Kors watch is in my shopping bag now!  And scarves are always another thing to sell out super quick!  This leopard scarf was extremely popular last year and is on sale for $11.90 this year!

Beauty

During the Anniversary Sale, Nordstrom sells exclusive beauty sets that are a great value and may even last you the whole year.  This Philosophy cleanser is my mom’s favorite and she buys it at the sale every year and it lasts her all the way until the following year!  I always stock up on my favorite Living Proof shampoo and conditioner as well as NeuLash (which is two for one!).

And my blowdryer is included in the sale this year for the first time that I know of!  I absolutely love this t3 Micro hairdryer, and I just talked about it in this hair products post.
