The best sale of the entire year is finally here, and after scouring page after page I can definitely say that it has lived up to all the hype this year! The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is my favorite time to tock up on essentials that I use all year round, as well as start investing in things to add to my wardrobe for the upcoming Fall. I will highlight some of my favorite finds [so far] below, but make sure you scroll through the tools to see the tons of items I’ve bookmarked so far!
Right now, the sale is only open to Nordstrom cardholders (you can learn more about that HERE), but will be open to the public on July 22. Make sure you sign up to be a cardholder if you aren’t already because some of the best stuff sells out before the sale is even open to the public! I will highlight some of my favorite finds [so far] below, but make sure you scroll through the tools to see all of what I’ve bookmarked so far!
Some of my favorite things to shop for during the sale every year are handbags, and I have to say that I’m probably more excited about what’s available this year than ever! This ‘Abril’ Vince Camuto shoulder bag (#5) is my absolute favorite thing I have found on sale so far! It looks so much like a designer bag, but costs about a tenth of the price. If you are a cross-body girl, I love the color of this Kate Spade bag. The light suede/leather combo is perfect to wear all year round!
The beauty section of the sale never disappoints, and it’s where I mostly stock up on my year-round favorites. The lash serum that I swear by is sold in a discounted two-pack only during the Anniversary Sale, so it’s something I don’t pass up. My blowdryer jut gave out on me the other day, so I am going to be trying out this t3 Featherweight Hair Dryer (#8). The black and rose gold combo is so pretty and I love that it’s pretty compact. Have any of you used this before? I’ll be sure to let you know what I think!
Shoes are always a highlight of the sale, and I usually pick up a pair of riding boots and a pair of booties. There are so many great options for booties under $100 this year! I linked a bunch in the tool below, but I love this open toe bootie to transition into Fall with, and these Lucky Brand wedge booties! As far as riding boots go, I have these Tory Burch boots (#7) in the cognac color [you can see them in this post], and this year they’re on sale in both the black and the cognac! These are one of those items that will sell out fast!
Just a tip: There is so much inventory included in the Anniversary Sale this year, so make sure that you use filters to sift through the items you aren’t interested in. For clothing, I would select a category such as tops, and then apply price filters to avoid seeing things outside of your budget.
This cowl neck sweater (#4) is one of my favorite tops that I found, and it’s under $30! So, I’m thinking I may need multiple colors 😉. It’s also the best time to grab a pair of designer jeans. They rarely go on sale (near this much!) and they’ll last you the whole year. The AG Legging Ankle Skinny Jeans (#10) are my favorite cut ever (I own 4 pairs in different washes 🙈), so I will definitely be snagging this pair!
A utility jacket is the perfect transitional jacket from Summer to Fall, and you absolutely need one in your closet. This one (#2) is super cute with the draped front and it’s under $50. There are tons of warmer coats on sale as well HERE, but we just don’t need those over here in California!
