Okay guys…so the #NSale is debatably my favorite time of the year. But seriously, if you don’t know how it works, they take BRAND NEW Fall items and put them on sale for two weeks before they go back to regular price. I will admit, at times it is hard to shop for fall and winter when it’s a billion degrees outside, but if you can get past it, you can score some awesome deals. Unfortunately, I didn’t start my blog until the sale was almost over, but there are still plenty of incredible items in stock that you need!
Hint!: Working at Nordstrom in the past has given me some insight into the way things work over there…basically, if it is not in stock online (or not in stock in your size) and you still want the item, just go into a store and they will most likely be able to find it for you and ship it to you for free! Try it some time…thank me later! 😉
Since there are SO many awesome things here, I will just highlight a few!
My absolute favorite purchase from the sale was this Lush tunic (#9)! It is so cute and flattering on, and can be worn so many different ways, by the best part about it is that its only $27.90! I have bought it in two colors (so far) ;). It runs a bit big, and pretty long–like you could wear it with leggings and it would cover your backside, long. Here is a snap of it from our date night in Seattle a last week that I posted on Instagram! (I also have the olive color, which I also posted on Insta!)
The Sam Edelman ‘Paige’ booties were my second favorite score of the sale! I love the putty color because it is so unique, but they also come in cognac, black, and dark gray if you are looking for one of those colors! Here is a shot of them from a shoot we did the other day that will be up soon! I wore them with a dress and it was so cute!
Most of the things that I linked were under $100 (lots of them under $50!). The Philosophy cleanser set will literally last you all year and its only $53. I am totally stoked about the Leith felt hat for $16.90 because I cannot get myself to splurge on hats (I just can’t trust myself that I will wear them enough to justify the cost!), so this one is great! And the Hanky Panky undies are 4 for $54, which is wayyy more reasonable than their usual price of $20/pair…yikes!
I also got the Topshop Faux Fur Vest, which looks awesome paired with the tunic (I had to have this one ordered in store)! The Joe’s skinny jeans are SUPER soft and cozy, like you won’t want to take them off cozy. I am obsessed with my Hunter rainboots, and when do Hunter’s ever go on sale?! And the Sperry boots are adorable, but Daniel couldn’t let me justify getting two rainboots while we are in a drought over here 😉
It’s also the best time to pick up some staples like the Kate Spade leather handbag or the Marc Jacobs crossbody that you may not want to spend full price on!
