Whenever I get a good deal on something, I feel the need to tell the whole world. Like it’s not good enough to just have the personal satisfaction that I get to keep more of my hard-earned money in my wallet. I really think the best part of getting a good deal is the satisfaction I get from telling everyone I come in contact with for the next 48 hours about it. Daniel will say, “Oh, here we go again…” every time the words “You wanna hear something cool?” come out of my mouth those next few days 😉
Exhibit A: This plaid shirt dress. I had been eyeing this last fall online for a few weeks and it finally went on sale. Unfortunately, they sold out of my size before I even noticed it went on sale :(. The next day, I was at the GAP store in my mall, and low and behold they had one left…in my size! And, if that’s not good enough, the sale price in store was $20; cheaper than it had been online. I snagged it so fast and didn’t even try it on before paying for it. The girl rang it up and it rang up for EIGHT DOLLARS. You read that right, people…eight bucks. I must say I was grinning from ear to ear for like the next week, telling everyone, and I’m smiling just as big right now as I am writing this! Haha!
Even though it isn’t available anymore (sorry, I got the last one!), I linked many similar ones above, and in the widget below [though I can’t promise they will be $8]. Throw a vest over them to layer up for cooler days, or pair them with riding boots (like these I have been eyeing!) and cute tall socks for a really cute look!
