Spring is finally here! I’ve been wearing way more sandals and slides with the warmer weather lately, so I wanted to share some of my favorites with you today. These are some of my favorite neutral, basic spring shoes that I wear all the way through the summer PLUS I found dupes for tons of them so you can totally find something to fit your budget!
Some of these pairs I’ve had for over a year, some are new to me this season and a few I’ve actually purchased for a second time! I wanted to share reviews and first impressions of everything I’m rounding up for you today and hopefully you’ll find it helpful as you start refreshing your spring wardrobe. You can head over to my Instagram Stories to watch me try them all on and talk about them!
I had to include my favorite sneakers because this is actually my second pair! And for a pair of sneakers as expensive as these, you know I had to love them to splurge a second time 😂 If you’ve been following me since this time last year, you might remember that I wore these a TON during our two week trip to Italy. I wore these with everything and and walked a ton in them. They’re still my go-to shoes because they go with so much; dresses, jeans, shorts- everything! I wear them with these no-show liner socks just because that’s my preference, but you could totally wear them without if that’s your thing!
They fit true to size and the slip-on style makes them SO easy to slip on especially if you’re a mom with a carseat to handle! These also make a great travel shoe because they come on and off so easy for any security checks you have to go through. Definitely worth the price!
I wanted to make sure I included a heeled sandal because I feel like everyone needs a good nude sandal for spring and summer and these have been a favorite of mine. I recently bought this pair after owning the suede version and wearing so much that the strap broke! The reason I love these so much is because you can wear them with any dress you’d wear to a wedding- they go with everything! These are a leather rather than suede so I think they’re going to last a lot longer. The scalloped edge is so adorable and fun and the heel height is great which makes them super comfortable. If you’re not used to wearing heels they might be a little bit uncomfortable but it’s a great option if super high heels hurt your feet!
I just got these at Target last weekend and think they are SO adorable! I can’t speak to the quality of them yet since they’re so new, but they would be perfect for hanging out by the pool or at the beach AND they’re a total steal at just $22. They run a little bit wide over my foot but I wouldn’t size down since they’d end up being too short.
This pair is new this year and I love the studs. They’re a little bit pricier but the quality of the materials is SO nice. The leather is soft and the studs don’t feel cheap at all. I love this tan color but they come in multiple colors. I wore these in Newport Beach a couple of weekends ago all day long and I did end up getting a little bit of irritation on my foot. Not so bad as a blister, but I felt like I had to break them in a bit because they don’t bother me at all when I wear them now! I’m wearing my true size and they fit really well.
These are some of my very favorite wedges. I’ve had these in tan and white both since last year and they both look brand new still. I think they look great with everything from dresses to jeans cuffed at the ankle. They’re comfortable enough to walk in all day so they’re definitely worth every penny at $79!
These Tory Burch flip flops are pricey, I know! I definitely don’t take that lightly, so while they aren’t a new find for me I wanted to make sure I talked about them because I think they’re absolutely worth every penny. I own this “Makeup” color, which is just a nude leather, as well as the sand patent version, plus black patent and the “Vintage Vachetta Leather.” This pair is my second pair in this color because I wore the heck out of my last ones, that’s how much I love them 😂 If you’re someone who wears flip flops a ton in the spring in summer, you’ll definitely find the price to be worth it. The leather is soft and comfortable and the strap does a really good job of holding your foot in place.
In terms of sizing, these tend to run on the short side. I’m wearing my true size, but my heel is at the back edge of the sandal. However, my foot is too narrow to size up so if you’re in between sizes then you might want to consider sizing up!
This pair is a new find for me this season. I’ve worn them countless times since I got them a couple of months ago and they’ve instantly become a staple for me this spring. I was really shocked at how comfortable they are! The woven material has some stretch to it which kind of holds to your foot so they don’t slide off. I love them with jeans or dresses and really just can’t say enough good things about them because they are so cute and easy to slip on and run out the door!
This pair of espadrilles are by far the biggest splurge in this post but they’re SO adorable and I really love them. I’ve had them for over a year and they still look great so if you do invest in them, they quality is really worth it. I think they’re super fun and unique and a great way to dress up your jeans or shorts this spring.
I found a super cute dupe for them under $100 here!
I think this pair is going to be my favorite this season 😍 I love that they’re more of a platform rather than a wedge, because with Rhett, now I just don’t see myself wearing heels or wedges as much as I did last year! The straps that go around your foot are elastic and they hug my narrow foot just fine so they’d definitely work if you have wider feet. The foot bed is super comfortable and I think the cork with the white sole is so adorable!
These sandals are a classic, basic to have. I’ve had them for about a year now, wear them all the time and the white still looks super clean and new. I’ve worn them to the beach, in the sand, at the pool and to the grocery store and have loved how well they’ve held up and how easy they are to pair with everything. They come in tons of different colors and run true to size.
What is your go-to Spring/Summer shoe?! Have you tried any of these?
