We made it to Friday!! I’m sure you know, I’m obsessed with Friday [read about it here], but this week its a little bittersweet because Daniel is going out of town. And not going to lie, I’m totally a baby about staying by myself. No joke, we’ve been married 3 1/2 years, and I have never stayed home alone overnight. And it’s not that he’s never been gone, but my parents live about 5 minutes away, so I go stay with them. I told him that maybe this time I would be brave and try staying home…we’ll see how that goes…
Anyways, I have been on the search for lightweight [Hello, I live in California…] basic sweaters. And believe it or not, they are not the easiest to find! I saw this one online and fell in love with the color, so I ordered it. [Funny story: My best friend texted me later that day asking if I had seen it online and I told her I had just ordered it! Heyyy, Allie!] She got hers in the mail before I did, and texted me saying she loved it! I got mine, and honestly didn’t know how I felt. The color is gorgeous and totally perfect for Spring, however I wasn’t the biggest fans of the slits on the sides…not going to lie. I feel like I maybe should have gone up one size so it was a little slouchier, but I don’t know [For reference I’m wearing my usual size, XS, here]. Needless to say, I’m still on the hunt. But maybe I’m crazy, because my friend loves hers, and so does every single person who left amazing reviews on it. Seriously only 5 stars. I must be crazy.
