And so it begins! The reds and pinks, with flowers and chocolates, and all the cutesy love details: aka Valentine’s Day. Growing up, Valentine’s Day was one of my mom’s favorite holidays because she loves showing people how much she loves them…so sweet! So since I was a kid, it’s always been something celebrated in my house, whether you were in a romantic relationship or not! As a wife, Daniel and I love having another opportunity to show each other how much we love and appreciate one another. I totally get how not being in a romantic relationship can be tough on Valentine’s Day, and having relationships, love and happiness thrown in in your face can be super disappointing. BUT. You don’t have to be in one to show someone that you love them! I challenge you this Valentine’s Day (if you’re not married or dating) to show someone – either in your family, or a coworker, or friend – that you love and appreciate them! Thanks mom for instilling this lifestyle of giving to others in me, always!
So with that, let’s get on to the different gifts! If you didn’t catch it during Christmas time, receiving and giving gifts is one of my top love languages. Today I’m sharing different Valentine’s Day gift ideas at all price points, and for all people! Whether it’s a romantic gift for your hubby, or a cute little something for your bestie…here are a ton of fun ideas!
Whether you’re looking for something to add to your wishlist/”hint” to your man you’re wanting, or just wanting to make a bestie feel loved next week, there are so many cute gift ideas! First up, let’s just start with what’s on my wishlist: this pink cross body bag! Swoon! How fun is the color for Spring/Summer? (Daniel, are you reading?!) If you have an Apple Watch, this docking/charging station is so cool! I’ve never seen anything like it and it’s cute enough to display on your nightstand.
If you’re looking for a little something to gift, a pink Swell bottle or this fuzzy heart pillow would make any girl smile! I also love this $20 phone case. I had it in this print for a while and you would be surprised at how well it protects your phone for the price tag. And I don’t know any girl that doesn’t love Hanky Panky underwear. Totally something she may not splurge on for herself, and how adorable is the heart-shaped container this three-pack comes in?
Some of my other favorites that I found is this gorgeous pink champagne glass set, this $40 striped sweater (that I may have ordered for myself), and this super feminine and pretty bralette!
No matter the occasion, whenever I am shopping for Daniel my rule of thumb is to find something unique that will meet one of his everyday needs better. Guys are typically pretty practical and love quirky gifts that make their lives easier or things they already do more enjoyable. These wireless earbuds are probably my favorite thing on the list. Guys love headphones, and Daniel already has a big set, but these earbuds are awesome!
I also love gifting him a nice leather wallet when he needs one (like he does now 😉). This briefcase is so cool and I’m sure any guy would enjoy having such a nice bag to use for work every day. And speaking of things that may make his life a bit easier, this keychain combo cord with a USB/iPhone charger in one is so cool! I want one for myself!
If he’s not a super practical guy or you just want to gift him something more fun, I love giving a watch! This one is the perfect price point at just over $100 and is so unique! These Adidas running shoes would also be really fun! They’re under $100, and I have them in the women’s style and they are so comfortable for both working out and just walking around. And this fuzzy pullover is literally like wearing a cloud. I’m not exaggerating one bit, and if you are in cold weather your man needs this!!!
Lastly, if you’re just looking for something small and sweet, these “Letters to My Love” would make the most sentimental gift that any guy would love to receive from his girlfriend or wife!
Who in your life are you getting to shower with love next week?
