Hope your week flew by as fast as mine did this week! On one hand it feels amazing that we are already to the weekend, but on the other I feel like this week went by so fast that I’m like, “Wait, what did I even do all week?!” Daniel and I are both in one of those periods where it seems like you have way too much to do in each day, but hey, at least it keeps the weeks moving fast!
Not going to lie, I’ve worn workout clothes more days than I would like to admit this week, but I did throw on this top with a pair of jeans for a meeting one day and immediately felt dressed up. It’s one of those perfect throw-on-and-go tops for the office or weekend, and the color is perfect for Fall. And it’s pretty lightweight, so if your weather is still hotter than Summer like ours, it’s manageable.
Also! I wanted to let you know that I found this pair of black distressed denim that are super similar to mine that I am wearing here, only they’re under $20. That is way too good of a deal to pass up, I mean, where can you find jeans for under $20?
We are headed to my brother’s football game tonight, and I feel like I say this every week, but it’s so true. I’m so glad I have a younger sibling in high school because football games on Friday nights are just not something I’m willing to give up yet. However, each week I’m slowly realizing more and more how much older I am than the high schoolers. I can pretend I’m cool though, right? “Hey girls, I was a cheerleader too! Think I can join you?!” Kinda not thinking that will work out so well 😉
