Chambray Off-the-Shoulder Dress

I don’t know about you, but I clearly have Spring on my mind!  And in my shopping cart if we’re being completely honest…haha!  I can’t stop shopping for all the cute new Spring goodies, and when I saw this chambray off-the-shoulder dress I had to have it!  Not only is it super cute, but it is extremely comfy!  Like we’re talking, you feel like you’re wearing pajamas comfy.  Chambray is typically a stiff fabric, but this one is so soft and movable.

And the other thing I love about this chambray dress is the versatility!  It can be dressed up for a night out like I wore it here, or dressed down over a bathing suit and with sandals.  It really is the perfect beach vacation dress, and it’s only $100.  That may seem like a lot, but when you think about how often you’ll wear it, it definitely makes it worth it.  And if you’re typically hesitant with off-the-shoulder styles, the elastic band on this dress is great.  It isn’t too tight that it pushes into your skin or causes unwanted bulges (anyone know what I mean?!), but it stays put with movement.  If you reach up over your head, of course it won’t stay, but for normal movement it’s going to stay put.

I paired it with my Marc Fisher wedges and a straw bag.  These wedges are my most-worn Spring and Summer shoe by far.  I got them two Summers ago, and they still look brand new!  They are an investment, but I pair them with so much.  You can see them styled in this post from last Spring.  They go with everything from dresses, to shorts, to jeans!

Hope you’re having a great week!  Thanks so much for stopping by!  xx, Daryl-Ann
