If you were to take a peek into my closet, I think it wouldn’t be too hard to see that I’m all about versatile pieces. I love those one-off, super cute and unique items you find every once in a while, but classic staples that can be worn over and over again are where my heart [and my wallet!] is. Those pieces that you can easily throw on and go, that fit just right and you feel comfortable in the second you put them on deserve to take up the most real estate in your closet!
This dress was an easy “yes” for me because of how classic and versatile it is [plus the fact that its only $48…hello! Yes, please!]. And, if I spot anything in this jewel toned emerald color, you can be about 99% sure I will buy it. Every girl should know her colors, those that bring out her eyes or pair really pretty with her skin, and for me emerald and black are those colors! I love how it dresses up with gold accessories [the emerald and gold together are just 😍], but I have every intention of just throwing it on with my favorite flip flops for summer weekends. It’s the perfect versatile piece to have in your closet for the plethora of shower and wedding invites I am sure are flooding into your home as well right now!
Hope you all are having and awesome week so far! SoulCycle opens in my town today, and I am so giddy about it! Literally, I tell everyone and I have probably reminded Daniel 25 times since Sunday. I’m such a nerd and had to sign up for their very first class this morning [let me tell you, 6am is early, but so worth it!]. Have any of you tried SoulCyle or another cycling class? What did you think?
