Citizen’s of Humanity ‘Rocket’ High-Rise Skinny Jeans
Before the sale, I had purchased this pair of the Rocket Sculpt skinny jeans from Nordstrom. Since then, they have easily become my favorite jeans in my closet because of the perfect fit and rise! I am obsessed…haha. So with the Shopbop sale, I decided to get a second pair in a different wash. I ordered the ‘Pacifica’ wash, which is significantly lighter than the current pair I own, because I thought it would be perfect for the upcoming warmer months.
And I love them! This pair is slightly different than the pair I have, other than just the wash. First, the pair I have is their “Sculpt” fabric, which has a lot of stretch. Because of the stretch, I was able to size down from my typical 25 to a 24. I ordered the same size in this ‘Pacifica’ pair, however because it isn’t the “Sculpt” fabric, it doesn’t have the same stretch and I will need to exchange it for my normal size! So, moral of the story: these run true to size!
Free People ‘Pavlo’ Embroidered Dress
Free People dresses are some of my favorite items to wear all Spring and Summer long! They can get pretty pricey, and rarely go on sale, so I decided to grab a couple during the Shopbop sale! This embroidered one is my favorite! I can’t get over how cute the embroidered details and ruffle sleeves are! It would be ideal for a Mexican vacation, and I plan to wear it for Cinco de Mayo as well :).
AGoldE ‘Parker’ Distressed Shorts
A pair of denim cutoff shorts is essential for Summer! I love this pair so much because of the high rise! My favorite part about them is that they aren’t tight around the thigh. They fit great, but sizing depends on what look you’re going for. If you want more of a “cut-off” look like I have here, size one size down (this is a 24). But if you’re going for more of a relaxed, boyfriend look then stick to your normal size. And just a warning: they do not stretch at all.
Quay ‘Jezabell’ Sunglasses
Every time I try to pull off aviators, I completely dislike them. For some reason, the shape of them is not meant for my face, at all…haha! I really like round sunglasses on my face shape, and so when I saw these, I thought that they were the best of both worlds. They kind of give me that aviator look without the pointed bottom.
If you’re looking for a pair of staple sunglasses you will wear FORVER, please invest in this pair of Karen Walker’s. They’re the tortoise pair in the photo above and are hands down the best money I have ever spent. I bought them three years ago, and they still look brand new. They look good on pretty much everyone and I get compliments on them constantly! I own them in both tortoise and black.
BB Dakota ‘Coco’ Chambray Off-the-Shoulder Dress
I love this little chambray dress more in person that I did online. Truthfully, I didn’t even remember ordering it, but when I took it out of the package I was sold! It is the softest, silkiest chambray you’ve ever felt and will be perfect for Summer (I’m wearing an xs for reference)! I can see myself wearing it with wedges like I did here, as well as over a swimsuit. You will get so much wear out of this cutie!
See by Chloe ‘Glyn’ Espadrilles
This is a bonus #6 because they technically are probably top 5, but they’re sold out in most sizes so I didn’t want to that to you :(. However, they are coming back in random sizes, so keep checking if you really want them! They are extremely pricey, but so unique and cute…I had to have them. They only come in whole sizes, so if you are a half size go with the larger.
