My favorite outfits are ones that I pile neutrals on top of neutrals.  There is something so easy about putting together an all-neutral look, but also so classy.  It looks clean, fresh and put together, and the best part is it all goes.  You really can’t screw up an outfit compiled entirely of neutrals.  They all mix and match so easily which not only means an easier time choosing an outfit for you, but also more use out of the pieces you buy.  If they all go together, you can wear them that much more.

When investing in pieces, I always make sure that they are neutral and will coordinate easily with things I already have in my closet, because nothing is worse than spending a lot of money on something and having a difficult time figuring out what to wear it with (Exception!  Last year I bought this red coat and I’m obsessed…but so out of my normal comfort zone)

With this look, I took all basics and put them together.  It’s super easy, perfect for everyday, and still stylish.  It would look super cute with an olive utility jacket overtop for cooler temperatures (I wore mine in this post, but this option is under $70!).  But each of these pieces (especially the striped tee!) can easily be worn with countless other items you already have in your wardrobe!

Below I listed some of my favorite neutral layering pieces for Fall.  Any of these pieces can be layered on top of the others and matched with pretty much everything you already own!  One of my favorite combos you have to try is gray + beige paired together, and I love it so much I did an entire post about it HERE!
