To me sale shopping is one of those things that you’re either super good at and rarely buy anything full price, or you can’t ever seem to find anything you like that isn’t full price. I am definitely the latter. Send me into a store with a sale rack and I will end up just aimlessly walking around, not looking at anything, and leave empty handed every single time.
My friends and I were joking that when I shop in-store it literally has to be “displayed” for me to even see it (typically why I shop online 😉). When things are on rounders I just gloss over everything. And maybe this is because, when things are on sale they typically aren’t even things I can wear right then. Of course Spring and Summer clothes are going to be less expensive in the Fall and Winter. No one wants to spend their fun shopping budget on things they can’t even wear that week.
Reason #756239 why I love Nordstrom: they put things on sale that can be worn during the same season that they’re marked down. Right now they have a huge Fall Sale going on, and almost everything is Fall appropriate! Like this cognac leather jacket that I have been eyeing since it was full price [#6] 😍. And cashmere scarves like this plaid one [#7] and this solid one aren’t something I can usually get myself to fork out full price for, but on sale…yes!
Some of my other favorite items on sale are these leopard sandals [#10] that would be so cute to wear with a black dress to a Fall wedding, this check poncho [#3] that’s under $40, this floral Free People dress, and these white Nikes!

The fact that Nordstrom put current styles on sale is seriously one of the reasons they are my go to when I shop! Plus they always have such great options. I love EVERYTHING you picked.
