Preppy Teal & Polka Dots

Happy Friday!!

While this look is pretty traditional, it is still a little bit outside of my style comfort zone (if thats a thing!).  I have a hard time wearing sweaters over button-ups, even though I think the look is so classic and put together.  I feel like I am constantly readjusting; pulling a sleeve down here or twisting some fabric there…etc.  I don’t know if that is just a me thing, or if anyone feels me on the fact that it never lays just right when you layer the two.

However, good news.  This sweater is the only one I have found that I can hold still while wearing it over a button-up ;).  It is loose enough that it doesn’t feel like the shirt underneath is folded funny (it lets it just lay nice!), but it isn’t sloppy looking either.  And its sooo soft (no wonder they call if faux cashmere)! You totally get the feel of cashmere, without the price (praise hands emoji :).  I have already worn it alone with a scarf overtop, and I am in love…so, snag yourself one [or three] for fall/winter.  I am thinking I need the red for Christmas!!
