Happy Monday, ladies!  I’m a little scatterbrained and not ready to start the week, so I thought I would share some random things I’ve been obsessing over lately and just have some good old-fashioned girl talk 😉

1.  Gossip Girl

Yeah, yeah, yeah.  I know I’m something like 8 years behind everyone else, but seriously, so good.  I have to literally stop myself from watching it so I can work.  I’m mid-Season 3 right now, so no one spoil the ending!  But, can I please raid Blair Waldorf’s closet?!  And can I just move to the upper-east side for a bit?  And why is Chuck Bass so enticing?  Seriously, you know he’s disgusting and still love him.

2.  Sam Hunt Radio

When I get on a Pandora station kick, I literally listen to it at.all.times.  It’s my alarm when that I wake up to in the morning, it’s blasting while I get ready, it’s playing low while I work, and I’m dancing in the kitchen to it while making dinner.  [It doesn’t even necessarily have to be a station..haha!  It can be a single song; and that drives Daniel crazy!]  But right now my obsession is Sam Hunt Radio on Pandora.  Listen now, thank me later!

Sidetone: If you’ve never heard of Sonos speakers before, allow me to introduce you.  We have two in our house (one in our bedroom and one in our living room), and they’re the coolest bluetooth sound system.  You can play the same thing throughout the house, or play different songs and different volumes in each room.  And you control it all from your phone!  My favorite part is that your phone still works like a phone while they’re playing; it won’t turn the music off if you get a phone call!

3.  Vanilla Ice Cream with Cookie Butter

Actually I shouldn’t be telling you this because I think it will make you more angry with me than anything.  So, do not try this unless you want to have dessert every single night.  It is so good!  I can’t get enough!  My favorite vanilla ice cream is Trader Joe’s French Vanilla [yes, it is completely different than other vanillas!], and I just add a scoop of cookie butter to the bowl!  Eat a little bit of it with every bite of ice cream…yum! 😍

4.  Shorts & Sweaters

This obsession really started while we were in Hawaii because of the warm weather that would become breezy and cool pretty often.  Shorts paired with sweaters was the perfect compromise and I lived in these cutoffs and a Wildfox sweatshirt.  When I saw this Loft sweater & these cute little spotted tie shorts, I had to have them!  And they’re on crazy sale right now….the sweater is 40% off and the shorts are like $20 (and free shipping) with code “FLASH”.  Make sure you size up in the sweater if you want it to fit a bit oversized like mine (I’m wearing the small!), and the shorts run true to size (I’m in the 0 regular).
