Have you ever seen a more dreamy patio in your entire life?!  While we were walking around Melrose at the farmer’s market the other day, we came across this new adorable pink patio at Mansur Gavriel.  Outside of the store, is this courtyard with the most gorgeous bougainvillea blooms and café that you can eat at.  We had already eaten, but next time I will definitely try it out!  Since it was a weekend, I was wearing my version of “jeans and a tee” with this peplum striped crop tee and my favorite high-waisted jeans!

Crop tops typically aren’t something I reach for, but the cute little ruffle edges and peplum hem on this one made me have to at least try it out.  Because I am pretty short (5’1″), I didn’t have to worry about showing my stomach at all if I paired it with high-waisted jeans.  I’m not too sure what height the cutoff for that would be, but I imagine probably about 5’4″ without going up a size!  If you are taller, you could always wear super high-waisted jeans, order up one size, or just wear it to the beach and not worry about it…haha!

Speaking of high-waisted jeans, these are my absolute favorites!!  I’ve talked about them over and over again, but they’re that good!!  If you’re in the market to invest in a pair that you’ll love for a long, long time try this Citizen’s of Humanity Rocket skinny jean.  And the light wash is perfect for these warmer months we have coming up!
