Happy Thursday, friends! We are currently with my whole family visiting my brother in Baltimore, Maryland to watch his very first college football game. Tomorrow we are headed for a fun day in Washington D.C. and I can’t wait! Last year we got to visit the Capitol during Fall and I could not get enough of the Fall leaves. I think we will have to make a second trip back this Fall to “visit” and get another peek…haha! Those colors and leaves are every California girl’s dream!
Anyways, I am super excited to share this outfit with you guys today because it was something that is definitely a bit out of my normal comfort zone. I am such a “classic style” girl so these trendy white mules are definitely breaking me out of my shell! White mules and booties first came on the scene last Fall, and I just could not get myself to jump on the bandwagon. They were a bit too much at the time, but the longer I see them paired with outfits, the more I am drawn to them! I snagged this pair of white mules for under $70 because I figured that if I wanted to try out the trend, it was best to do it on a budget before making a big investment.
I love how the white pairs with this burnt orange jumpsuit for Fall! The combo is perfect for transitioning from warm weather to cool. I keep adding things to my cart in this burnt orange color, and this jumpsuit was a no brainer because it could fit the bump, too! Because of the strapless style, I opted to pair it with a denim jacket for a bit more coverage, but it also does come with detachable spaghetti straps. Sizing Tip: if you are above 5’5” or have a longer torso, I would size up in this jumpsuit for length. It should still fit great in the body!
Hope you have a great weekend! Thanks so much for stopping by! xx, Daryl-Ann
