One of my favorite sales of the year is here! Shopbop is one of my favorite retailers for all my staple items in my closet and high-quality accessories, so this sale is the time of year I stock up on things that rarely ever go on sale. Things like AG Jeans, Karen Walker Sunglasses, One Teaspoon shorts, Tory Burch bags, and so much more are all included in the sale and make the larger price tag a little bit easier to handle. If you’ve been eyeing one of those investment pieces, it’s definitely the time to snag it.
One of my favorite benefits of Shopbop is that because it’s an Amazon company, your Amazon Prime membership gives you free two-day shipping and returns are always free. However, it can be a pretty tough website to shop (if I’m being completely honest) because their price point is generally much higher than what I typically spend. On things like a nice pair of jeans or sunglasses that you only buy once in a while, it’s fine, but on things like tops, sweaters, and dresses, it’s hard to find that under $100 price tag we all love and are comfortable with. And unfortunately there isn’t a price filter to help sort through their huge inventory.
So, for things like dresses, tops, and sweaters, my favorite way to shop is by brand. I know the brands they carry that are typically in my price point and I just search through those! My favorites for clothes are BB Dakota, English Factory, J.O.A, Free People, Wildfox, endless rose, Madewell and WAYF.
This white lace-up top is one I got in the mail last week, and I loved it so much that I ordered it in both the olive and black since it went on sale! It’s super reasonably priced, and the fabric is so soft but it has no stretch (so size up if you like a bit of extra room). These Sam Edelman flats (also part of the sale!) are one of my staples, and I constantly get asked if they’re Chloé’s whenever I wear them. There’s no “breaking in” time at all with these and I own them in pink suede as well (see them in this post here and here).

Just a heads up, in the top right corner of the shop bop website there is a sort by drop down menu where you can sort by price from low to high that makes it a little easier to sift out the pricier items while you’re browsing. Love your blog!

You are so right! I just would love it if they had like a “Under $100” option! A lot of times when I do the low to high price sort, it comes up with all the sale and older items. But you are definitely correct that it makes it easier 🙂
